01 · Organiser
Kateřina Čavajdová, Company ID (IČO): 08321256, registered at Vrbová 655, 562 01 Ústí nad Orlicí, Czech Republic, a self-employed person under the Czech Trade Licensing Act (the “organiser”). Contact: herenergyclass@gmail.com.
These terms govern the sale of reservations for HER ENERGY sports and leisure events and classes through the website herenergy.cz.
02 · Reservation and contract
Reservations are made online through the Stripe payment gateway. The contract is concluded upon successful payment. A confirmation is sent to the email address provided during payment.
03 · Price and payment
The price is stated for each event and includes what is expressly listed (e.g. light refreshments). Payment is a one-time card payment processed by Stripe.
04 · Withdrawal from the contract
HER ENERGY events are leisure-time services provided on a specific date. In accordance with Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, the contract cannot be withdrawn from within the 14-day period and a paid reservation is non-refundable. The reservation is valid only for the event date for which it was purchased.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a full refund using the same payment method.
05 · Changes to the event
The organiser reserves the right to make minor changes to the programme or venue, for example due to weather. You will be informed of substantial changes by email. Outdoor events take place even in unfavourable weather unless the organiser states otherwise.
06 · Participation at your own risk
Events are sporting in nature and each participant takes part at her own risk. Please consider your health condition; if in doubt, we recommend consulting a doctor.
07 · Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints are handled via herenergyclass@gmail.com. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz, adr.coi.cz) is competent for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.
08 · Final provisions
Legal relations not covered by these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. The current version of these terms is always available at herenergy.cz.
