02 · What data we process
When you make a reservation, we process your name and email address. Payment details are processed exclusively by the Stripe payment gateway — we have no access to card numbers.
03 · Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to handle your reservation and send a confirmation (performance of contract), to keep accounting records (legal obligation), and to communicate with you about the event you booked (legitimate interest).
04 · Event photography
We take photos and videos at our events to present HER ENERGY on the website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the event or by email.
05 · Processors
We use the following providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting). Some of them may process data outside the EU based on standard contractual clauses.
06 · Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your reservation and then for the period required by law (in particular accounting and tax regulations).
07 · Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz). To exercise your rights, contact us at herenergyclass@gmail.com.
